Summary

Since the tragic death of his daughter, due to radiation poisoning from a fragment of a crashed satellite, Dakota, an ace of aviation, has devoted himself to clearing Earth''s skies of the dangerous waste orbiting it. After the global warming of the planet and the breakup of the icecaps, he is also employed to destroy drifting icebergs on sea routes.
