Summary

Since Nelly met Germain, nothing has gone right in Terre-Clapier and the surrounding area... Objects break without outside intervention, windows shatter, blood flows from the walls, fields catch fire, animals are found dead in the streets and on farms, children are lost without explanation... What are these intersigns, harbingers of death, hiding? What mysterious and harmful force is at work?
