Summary

Green Lantern and Plastic Man team up to discover who is behind the theft of nuclear reactor rods. They discover that a strange alien cartel is arming Earth''s villains in order to hatch some evil scheme. In this one-shot Plastic Man and Green lantern take off into space to stop the nefarious cartel from starting an intergalactic conflict.
