Summary

After his divorce, Johnny Light left South City and traveled the world for five years–looking for the right place to die. The wind blew him to Harbour Bay, a lawless city-state South of Singapore where he reunited with private detective Terry Koh. The two became partners at Edel Investigations and took on cases for the downtrodden in the corrupt city.
