Summary

High school student Jason Troy is given a simple class assignment by a substitute teacher: design a model super-hero for the 1990s. Jason turns his homework in on time...but then, through the power of a strange talisman, he becomes that hero, a hero known as the Fly. But for all the power he''s been granted, the Fly is still a boy in a man''s body!
