Summary

A secret society known as The Church has been preventing the birth of the second son of God for the past millennium. Their team of highly trained operatives is made up of former hitmen, wayward soldiers or anyone else looking for redemption. They will stop at nothing to track and kill the carriers of the Godchild. Convinced that they are exterminating the antichrist, they will use any means necessary while fighting a secret battle to save both the world and their souls. But sometimes, the carriers fight back... Unbeknownst to her, Maggie, has been chosen as the next carrier of the Godchild. Her life has never been fair. But, being thrown out of her home at the age of 16 for being gay has endowed her with the strength she will need in the coming months.
